Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the admin team you will contribute to all internal departments according to company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively to ensure priorities and tasks are understood and deadlines met
  • Any issues are identified and addressed with departmental managers
  • Assigned tasks and projects are managed and prioritised


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, literacy, numeracy, problem-solving abilities and basic IT skills for data entry, printing, and processing
  • SAGE 50 experience essential as you will be responsible for the accounting entries
  • Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team and individually
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role


Duties:

  • Providing General Cross office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping and maintaining well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Profiling Customer bases and drawing up quotations using our cloud based system..
  • Potential Interaction with customers either on the phone or via email.
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
  • Following up on business communications
  • Potential Communication with materials suppliers and vendors
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  • Making travel arrangements for employees
  • Learning about the company’s mission and available products/services
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
  • Potential Writing and editing company correspondence for marketing support.
  • Collecting and sorting post
  • Future Assist with minor technical support
  • Support as a personal assistant to the executive Directorial team
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Ordering office stationery and other supplies
  • Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

Solar PV Roofer

Celtic Green Energy are one of Wales leading leading provider of renewable solar PV technologies, helping homeowners, as well as businesses, throughout South Wales to discover the benefits of cleaner, greener energy. We have installed solar on over 2,000 homes saving Wales over 9,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year.

As a result of continued rapid growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Roofers to work within our Domestic Operations team. The role will require attending customers properties, with an electrician, to install solar and battery systems.

What we’re looking for:

You will need to be tidy; polite and mindful that he will be working in people’s homes. To be successful in the role you must have previous experience as a roofer, be reliable and adaptable with a mindset of wanting to understand and resolve problems.Experience working on residential properties is advantageous, but not essential. You will need to hold a valid Driving Licence.

General Electrician

Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Electrician where you’ll be working around the South Wales Area.

We’re looking for dedicated people responsible for the delivery of Electrical maintenance and minor installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To carry out repairs and installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed, and completed to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • To achieve quality in carrying out Electrical work and that you comply with our health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
  • To provide technical advice, support, or guidance to other departments within the team to enable them to carry out their duties, to include joint surveys.
  • To work with our colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team where appropriate providing support where needed in the interests of effective and efficient services and in particular the contract teams.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage the company’s relationship with our clients, provide a high level of service throughout the contract life cycle and develop your industry knowledge whilst increasing your earning potential.

The Role

  • Preparing tender proposals, presenting quotes, and securing contracts
  • Generate sales including upselling and cross-selling

Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential new leads and generate business opportunities for solar PV installations within the Commercial & Industrial sector
  • Contacting prospective clients through a variety of platforms i.e., phone, social media, email and face to face meetings
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and strategic partners using a variety of marketing tools
  • Evaluate site energy data to determine a suitable system size for PV generation
  • Support the preparation of quotes and financial projections to present sales proposals to key decision makers from both SME and blue-chip organisations
  • Meet quarterly and annual KPI targets for targeted turnover, providing regular forecast updates and sales figures to the National BDM
  • Generate and manage a developing pipeline using the company’s CRM system which is to be maintained daily.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry meetings and conferences as a company representative
  • Protect the interests of the Company and develop good working relationships with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.

The position will involve regular travel (within your designated territory) to prospect new business and deliver sales proposals.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is target driven and adept at developing a successful territory.

Must possess the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collective team, with the communication skills, energy and focus to cultivate and manage a busy pipeline of projects.
