The support, understanding and workmanship from CGE has been superb from day one. There was a lot of apprehension, on our part, to order from another company but I’m extremely glad we did, particularly now the summer. Comparing our energy use from this year to last, our daily consumption from the grid has dropped from over £15/day to less than £3! Our system was complicated to fit due to the slate tile roof, energy diverter into an already bizarre heating system and the addition of an RCD all added to the woes. Regardless though, everything was completed within 6 weeks of first making contact with CGE, and all work was carried out to a high standard. “I have an awkward roof to my house in terms of access, even more so after a conservatory was built where scaffolding would ideally be erected. This problem eluded tenders for solar panels until Mr. Stuart Jupp visited whereupon he told me his roofers could gain access without the need for scaffolding. This indeed was the case with his expert men doing the job perfectly and safely.
Such expertise was matched electrically with his well-qualified engineer installing the inverter and storage batteries with much advice and assistance to follow up as needed.
So all in all well pleased and with electrical tariffs spiralling ever-upwards very glad to have the system working so well. “From start to finish the service and product was superb. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and prepared an accurate and realistic proposal based on our needs and expectations. The scaffolding was erected professionally and without incident which was a particular concern to us with our raised decking.
